Hello, I'm Chroma, aka Cosmic, aka Jacqueline (my assigned Earth name)!I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in Communication Arts and a minor in Painting & Printmaking. While I have worked with Photoshop for over a decade, I've recently converted to Clip Studio Paint and Procreate for creating digital art as shown on this website. I've always had immense passion for character design, illustration and fan art, and am pursuing my dream of being a full time creator. Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! I work in Clip Studio Paint at a resolution of 300 DPI. I can export as a JPEG or PNG file.Fanart and original character designsPortraits [5x6" or larger] - starts at $60Half-Body [8x10" or larger] - starts at $175Full-Body [9x12" or larger] - starts at $280

Custom emotes and badges$20 per 112 x 112 emote or badge.

For illustrations and other design work, the pricing can obviously vary quite a bit depending on what you’re looking for, and I will need you to provide as much detail as possible. Feel free to ask me about fan art, custom emotes, story illustration, tattoo design, concept art, and more!I MAY CHARGE EXTRA BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIADetailed backgrounds, especially if perspective is involved.Additional characters or creatures.Creating original designs from scratch. I expect frequent correspondence from the client if this is the case, along with lots of reference, to be sure that I’m on target for what you have in mind.Extremely fine character details, such as scales, brocades or woven textiles.Action sequences or complicated poses.Any art used for commercial purposes.Rush orders.Please don't be afraid to ask me if something might cost extra! I want to be as upfront as I can.

Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit is required to initiate the commission process, which will be 40% of the commission cost. Once the initial sketch is approved by the customer, I will require the rest of the payment before continuing the commission.Prices are non-negotiable. I have a firm belief in the value of my work, and any attempts at haggling will be regarded as offensive.I will only issue refunds if I am unable to complete a commission with a specified deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, or the customer decides not to go through with the commission. In the latter case, only a partial refund will be given depending on how much work has been done.By commissioning this work, you are acknowledging that the artist (i.e. me) is spending time and labor on this project.Additional fees may apply if the client requests drastic changes during the design process. This would include redrawing a mostly finished character, which would likely take me several hours, or adding extra details not previously specified during the initial sketching process.Any commissioned work cannot be resold by the client. Clients also cannot repost work without my express permission and without proper credit given. Do NOT use my art for NFTs or AI, or you will be blacklisted into the void.I WILL NOT ACCEPT COMMISSIONS FOR:While I'm open to doing NSFW work, please keep in mind I will not “age up” an underage character for this purpose. I will also not create lewd art of real people, whether it’s a celebrity or someone you know, or even you. (Even if I have supposedly express permission, it’s the internet and there’s no way to know that people are who they say they are.)Depictions of hatred or discrimination against a specific individual or group.Extreme violence, gore, or horror.Art styles drastically different from my own.Tracing or altering possibly stolen art. If you want to send me someone else's art of your OC as a reference, that’s fine.Any other conditions for refusing a commission are left to my personal discretion.
